Inspection e Counter
It is a cloud based mobile and web app coupled with IoT controller fitted along with Android tablet to inspection machine. The IoT controller captures the actual meter from the machine and facilitates the operator to enter the errors / defects of the fabric against the same. Both fabric inspection and roll conversion can be captured separately, Standard defect codes are made available in the operator screen for them to map it to the actual meters. Shift wise inspection details and error code against inspection can be seen in the tablet, middle and top management can see the dashboard and reports of the inspection machines through web app.
